Different Industries, Same Challenge:

Controlling Oil Contamination

Every industry faces unique conditions and challenges, from harsh offshore environments to dusty mine sites, or high pressure in production plants. Despite the differences, one factor remains constant: oil contamination shortens component life and reduces overall operational efficiency.

With CJC® Offline Oil Filtration from C.C.JENSEN, you gain control over contamination. Our solutions remove particles, water, and oil degradation residues that threaten your machinery's performance. The result is reliable operations, fewer failures, and predictable maintenance cycles.

Tailored filtration solutions for every industry

Marine & Offshore

Saltwater and humidity degrade oil in marine engines, thrusters, and hydraulics. From offshore fleets to port vessels, our experience confirms that water ingress and oxidation make clean, reliable operation a constant challenge.

Mining & Cement

Dust, heavy loads, and vibration contaminate oil in crushers, mills, and hydraulic systems. These harsh conditions and long operating hours accelerate wear and make it difficult to maintain oil cleanliness and equipment reliability.

Power

High temperatures and loads cause oxidation, moisture, and varnish in turbines and gearboxes. Long oil intervals make cleanliness control difficult, leading to wear and efficiency loss.

Changing temperatures and humidity cause oxidation, moisture, and wear in turbine gearboxes and hydraulics. Remote sites and long service intervals make maintenance difficult, reducing oil reliability and turbine uptime.

Industry

Hydraulic presses, gearboxes, and test systems generate wear and oxidation that degrade oil. Short maintenance windows and nonstop operation make cleanliness difficult, raising the risk of unplanned downtime.
