CJC® Particle Removal Units

CJC® Particle Removal Units are high-performance offline oil filtration systems designed to keep hydraulic, gear, and lube oils clean and stable. By continuously removing harmful particles, water, acidity, and oil degradation residues, these systems help reduce wear, extend oil and component lifetime, and secure reliable operation across demanding industrial environments.

CJC® offline oil filtration unit with electric motor, pressure gauge, and filter housing, designed for continuous removal of particles and water from lubricating oil systems.

Why Oil Filtration Is Needed

Oil contamination develops naturally as systems operate. Particles from component wear, moisture from the environment, chemical breakdown of oil, and oxidation residues all accumulate over time. Even with in-line filters installed, the smallest and most harmful contaminants continue circulating in the system, accelerating wear and causing varnish, sticking valves, unstable operation, and unexpected equipment failures.

CJC® Particle Removal Units provide continuous offline filtration, ensuring the oil remains clean even during shutdown. This stabilizes the system, improves reliability, and supports long-term operational performance.

How CJC® Technology Works

CJC® Particle Removal Units operate independently of the equipment they protect. Each unit uses a dedicated circulation pump and a depth filter insert with a large internal surface area, allowing efficient capture of contaminants.

Particles down to sub-micron levels

Water including free and emulsified forms

Acidity that accelerates oil degradation

Oxidation by-products such as varnish, sludge, and resins

This combination ensures the oil remains clean, dry, and chemically stable enabling precise control, smoother operation, and longer-lasting system components.
