Trade conditions for sales
All sales and supply of products and services from C.C.JENSEN A/S or any affiliated company are governed by our General Terms and Conditions for Sales, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
These terms cover, among other things:
- Scope of supply
- Delivery and risk
- Payment terms
- Liability and limitations
- Warranty and defects
- Governing law and jurisdiction

Disclaimer regarding resale to the Russian Federation
Restrictions related to Russia
The purchaser shall not directly or indirectly sell, export, re-export, license, or otherwise make available products purchased from C.C.JENSEN A/S or any affiliated company to the Russian Federation, except to the extent permitted under applicable EU regulations.
Any violation of these restrictions may constitute a material breach of the agreement and entitle C.C.JENSEN to seek appropriate remedies, including termination and indemnification.
The purchaser is required to implement adequate monitoring and compliance measures to ensure adherence to these obligations throughout the commercial chain.
Trade conditions for purchase
Purchase of goods and services
When C.C.JENSEN A/S or any affiliated company purchases goods or services from suppliers, the General Terms and Conditions for Purchase apply.
C.C.JENSEN does not accept suppliers’ general terms and conditions unless explicitly agreed in writing.
The purchase conditions include provisions relating to:
- Delivery and acceptance
- Delays and non-conformity
- Liability and product responsibility
- Personal injury and property damage
- Governing law and arbitration
